At eRYD, we offer a 30-day returns policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The item is unused and in the same condition as received
The item is returned in its original packaging with all components included
Proof of purchase is provided
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Return Costs and Fees
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
If a returned item shows signs of use or damage, we may:
Reject the return, or
Apply a deduction to reflect any loss in value
5. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
You must inspect your order upon delivery.
Any issues such as damage, faults, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
We may request photo or video evidence or require an inspection before confirming a resolution.
6. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns may be rejected if:
The item has been used
The item is not in original condition or packaging
The return was not authorised
In such cases, the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.
7. Product Setup and Condition
Some products may require basic setup, including:
Brake adjustments
Tyre inflation
Basic assembly
These are considered normal and do not qualify as faults.

If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
