eRYD supplies electric bikes, electric scooters, accessories, and provides in-person repair and maintenance services.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at checkout
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance of your order.
4. Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate.
5. Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in original condition
Items must be returned with original packaging and contents

Return Conditions
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds
Returns must be approved before being sent
Used items may be rejected or subject to a usage fee to reflect loss in value. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
6. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if:
The item is damaged
The item is faulty
The wrong item has been received
Components are missing
We may require photo or video evidence, or an in-person inspection.
7. Product Setup & Maintenance
Some products require basic setup, including:

Tyre inflation
Basic assembly
These are considered normal and are not classified as faults.

Manufacturer specifications are estimates based on controlled conditions and are not guaranteed.
9. Repairs & Servicing
eRYD offers in-person repair and maintenance services.
Customers are responsible for transporting items to and from our location unless agreed otherwise
Repair times may vary depending on the issue and availability of parts
10. Exchanges
To exchange an item, customers must return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
11. Refunds
Refunds are processed after returned items have been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law
